Easy Start and First Step promotions
Easy Start or First Step promotion, supplemented with up to 1 Extra Interest Bonus promotion, provided that it complies with the promotional terms and conditions set out in the ANNOUNCEMENT entitled “Announcement on the promotions announced by Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt. and their terms and conditions.”

- We recommend the First Step promotion if convenience is important to you. After signing the contract, you must deposit the savings amount due for the first year in a lump sum, and you do not need to do anything else to take advantage of the promotion.
- The Easy Start promotion is for you if you want to begin to realise your home dreams by paying in just one monthly savings amount, provided you have a payment account with MBH Bank. Extra Interest Bonus Promotion: this can be used in addition to the above two promotions if you choose the 125/159/199-month savings period and meet the conditions set out in the ANNOUNCEMENT entitled "Announcement on the promotions announced by Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt. and their terms and conditions.”

Fundamenta Own Contribution Bonus Promotion
By opening a Home Planner Savings Account, in addition to the 5% Interest Bonus, Fundamenta will give you an additional bonus of between 10% and 30%, depending on the option you choose, on your payments in each savings year, if the minimum agreed monthly savings amount is min. Fundamenta EXTRA Credit Promotion

Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt. calculates the AER rate in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree 82/2010 (25 March) on the calculation and disclosure of deposit interest and securities yields (hereinafter: AER Decree), assuming regular deposits of HUF 20,000 per month or HUF 100,000 per month. The change in the savings period may also mean a change in the AER amount, which may decrease.
The APR was determined taking into account the current conditions and applicable laws, and may change if the conditions change. The APR does not include the cost of insuring the property to be mortgaged. The loan is secured by a mortgage registered on the property, and a property insurance contract must be concluded for the property.
